Frontier Felines inc. exists so feral and community cats are treated with dignity, and so the caretakers who show up—rain or shine—are never left without support, knowledge, or a network.

What we stand for
We advocate for feral and community cats; assist colony caretakers in their daily mission of care; equip them with education and colony management strategies; and help individuals and organizations find each other so better outcomes scale beyond any single feeder station.
Advocate for feral & community cats
Community cats live among us—behind strip malls, on farm edges, in apartment courtyards, and along rural roads. They are often unseen until a crisis appears. We believe humane stewardship is a community responsibility: trap-neuter-return (TNR) where appropriate, consistent feeding programs, veterinary partnerships, and policies that protect cats rather than punish them for existing outdoors.
Advocacy means elevating caretaker voices, reducing stigma, and promoting approaches that work in the real world—not only on paper.
Assist colony caretakers
Colony caretakers keep cats alive through routine: food, water, shelter, monitoring for illness or injury, and coordinating TNR. That work is emotional, physical, and often solitary. Frontier Felines assists caretakers with tools and processes that reduce mental load—so energy goes to the cats, not to scattered notes and lost details.
Day-to-day support
Clear records of who is in the colony, who was seen, and what needs follow-up after a visit.
Team-aware care
When more than one person covers a colony, shared context prevents duplicated effort and missed cats.
Education & colony management strategies
Good intentions need structure. We help caretakers adopt sustainable habits:
- Consistent identification of cats (names, markings, photos, status)
- Daily or regular roll-call visits with simple notes
- Separating active and inactive cats without losing history
- Organizing multiple colonies under one account when programs grow
- Using seats and roles so owners can invite trusted teammates safely
Education is practical: fewer “what happened last week?” mysteries, more continuous care.
Network individuals & organizations
No single person or nonprofit can cover every colony. We help weave a network— caretakers, rescues, clinics, municipal partners, and community groups—so knowledge and capacity can be shared. That includes team collaboration inside a colony program and broader connections across organizations when goals align.
